"PARK" Flower Printed 2-Tuck Shorts

公園で遊ぶキッズをイメージした”PARK"は実際にデザイナーが滞在した街、ロングビーチにある小さいながらも緑豊かなBIXBY PARKのスケートパークで、オーバーサイズのラルフローレンのタックパンツをカットしてショーツにしていた少年から着想を得ている。

 

KYOUのフィルターを通し、カジュアルにになりすぎないようにマーベルトを採用したスラックス仕立てで作成。

生地にはフェード感のあるオーバープリント生地を使用することで上品な印象に仕上がった。

マーベルト・スラックス使用の為履くほどに腰に馴染み見た目以上に着心地の良いショーツに仕上がった。

PARK" was inspired by a boy who cut off his oversized Ralph Lauren tuck pants and turned them into shorts at the small but lush BIXBY PARK skate park in Long Beach, where the designer actually stayed. The idea was inspired by the boy who cut his oversized Ralph Lauren tuck pants to make shorts.

Through KYOU's filter, the shorts are made in a slacks style with a mar belt to prevent them from becoming too casual.

The use of an overprinted fabric with a faded feel gives it an elegant impression.

The use of marbelts and slacks makes these shorts more comfortable to wear than they look.
